From my grandparents in 1976 to my own daughter, Disney has always been a family affair.
Born and raised in Rhode Island, my love of Disney runs deep- you could say Disney is in my DNA!

My grandparents started the Disney tradition in our family back in 1976, sharing their love of Disney with my mom and her siblings. That love was passed down through multiple generations. Some of my favorite childhood memories are hoping that on Christmas morning I'll be opening a card that says, "We are going to Disney!". My grandparents took my sister and I on many trips to Walt Disney World over our school breaks.
Then as mom, it was my job to continue that tradition with my own daughter. We have taken multiple Disney trips together throughout her childhood, creating countless memories along the way. My mom, Mimi has come along too as she always "has it bad" as in needs a Disney trip too! Now that my daughter is an adult, I've experienced Disney in a whole new way. My partner, Joe and I have made a few adults only trips and got to experience the Key to the Kingdom tour and the Behind the Seeds tour. We really enjoy being able to slow down and really take it all in.
One of my favorite parts of Disney is experiencing it all - from just taking in the sights and sounds to the big thrill rides and the classic attractions that bring back childhood memories. I love trying the new foods and discovering what's new in the parks, while always making time for the favorites I can never visit Disney without enjoying, like a cinnamon roll from Gaston's!
While Disney will always have a special place in my heart, my love of travel doesn't stop there. Earlier this year, we enjoyed a Royal Caribbean cruise to the Bahamas, and I'm currently planning an adventure to Costa Rica. I love exploring new destinations and discovering the experiences that make each trip special.
